They don't send goods & don't reply.
In two days time, it'll have been one month since I placed my order. Nothing has arrived and I've had zero communication back from the company since I queried it. UPDATE: 2 months later, after losing my sh..t with Karcher UK, they eventually sent out the products to me. Absolutely crap service.
